- Experience studying, working, or living abroad
- Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
- Degree in business, economics, or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a competitive, results-driven mindset
- Strong initiative and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Leadership potential and ambition to make an impact
- Willingness to invest time and effort to build a global career
- Additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)
- Experience in sales, client outreach, or customer engagement
- Prior work in telemarketing, customer service, or business development
- An international, fast-paced environment where ideas turn into action
