• 学生の日常生活をサポートし、最高レベルの満足度とケアを提供する。
• 新入生の到着・オリエンテーションをスムーズかつ温かい雰囲気で実施する。
• 多様で魅力的なアクティビティプログラムを企画・運営する。
• スチューデントカウンシル会議を主催・記録し、学生の声を反映させる。
• 学生フィードバックの収集・分析・対応を行い、関連部署（宿泊、アクティビティ、アカデミック）と連携する。
• 学生への生活・福祉サポート、トラブル対応、メンタルサポートを行う。
• 必要に応じて学校規則の遵守を徹底し、警告・処分対応を行う。

• 学生サービスおよびアクティビティチームのリーダーとして、採用・研修・評価を実施する。
• サマーシーズンスタッフやインターンを統括し、安定したサービス品質を維持する。
• スクールディレクター不在時には代理として学校運営を管理する。

• 学生ハンドブック、スタッフガイド、社内連絡資料などを最新・正確に保つ。
• グループ活動のスケジュールや食事手配などロジスティクスを管理する。
• 入学前のオンライン説明会やグローバルセールスチーム向けのトレーニングを実施する。
• 学生・スタッフエリアの清潔で快適な環境を維持する。
• ウェルカムパック、清掃用品、衛生関連物資など学校必需品の在庫を管理する。
