EF- English Live Sales Team is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Person with a high level of French to join our EF team based in Barcelona.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our Online English courses. You will have a key role in developing, revenue, and the number of students joining our online school and being part of a fast-growing business.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Manage the entire sales process for assigned leads, from initial contact to closing, following the manager's instructions.
- Be mostly involved in our new leads channels, including mostly social media as part of its development.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of potential students' needs to tailor course offerings.
- Respond effectively to questions and concerns to build student confidence.
- Present payment options and enrollment procedures clearly and persuasively.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Perform other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in Sales minimum.
- An advanced/native level of French. Any other language would be a plus.
- A minimum B2 level of English
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely to customers.
- Cultural awareness and ability to work within a team.
- The candidate must be based in Barcelona
- Availability to work from Tuesdays to Saturdays
