Job Title: People Admin Coordinator
Location: Italy
Reports to: HR Manager
Role Overview
The People Admin Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to the HR Administration in Italy. This role ensures compliance with Italian labor laws, assists in preparing employment related documents, and acts as a point of contact for employees regarding HR and payroll-related queries. The position works closely with the Payroll Specialist to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Employment Documentation
- Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters in compliance with Italian labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
- HR Support & Compliance
- Respond to employee inquiries, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Ensure employment processes comply with local labor legislation and company standards.
- Payroll Coordination
- Collaborate with the Payroll Specialist to provide accurate data for monthly payroll (new hires, terminations, salary changes, leave, benefits).
- Bridge between employees and the payroll team
- Administrative Tasks
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Support and collaborate with our external HR advisor
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in employment administration or payroll support
- Knowledge of Italian labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
- Experienced in Oracle HCM
