• Payroll Processing: Execute and validate payroll for assigned countries using ADP GlobalView or SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local tax laws, social security, and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.
• Issue Resolution: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
• Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver payroll reports for internal stakeholders, audits, and regulatory bodies.
• Process Improvement: Support global payroll projects, system enhancements, and continuous process optimization initiatives.
• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a global or regional role.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP payroll systems.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and international payroll complexities.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
