- Welcome guests and staff with professionalism and positivity.
- Manage opening/closing duties always maintaining a tidy and inviting workplace.
- Handle staff inquiries via email and in-person and provide top-tier support.
- Monitor timelines and components to ensure events are on-brand, on-time, and dazzling.
- Produce newsletters, staff-wide emails, and calendar invitations.
- Maintain office-wide chat updates and internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint/Global Net).
- Channel the pulse of the people—gather feedback and turn it into action.
- Ensure the workspace runs smoothly by overseeing office cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance.
- Be a key resource for staff-led events like meetings, guest visits, or team celebrations.
- Maintain the office appearance by keeping the reception area clean and organized ensuring that it is visually appealing
- Be the eyes and the ears of the office, gathering authentic feedback and the “pulse of the people” to inform offerings
- A creative visionary with a flair for turning ideas into show-stopping moments.
- A natural networker, building meaningful relationships with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
- A high-energy individual driven by service, possessing a keen sense of hospitality and positivity—even in high-pressure moments.
- Obsessed with details—whether it's proofreading a calendar invite or noticing a crooked banner.

- A true team player who’s just as comfortable setting up tables as presenting in a brainstorm.
- Comfortable working outside regular hours when the job calls for it.
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Canva, SharePoint/Globalnet—and always eager to learn more.
