Procurement Trainee

- Contracting support – aid the Procurement team during the contracting process. From organizing pending workload to finalizing signatures.
- Internal stakeholder coordination – support cross-departmental projects and tasks
- External stakeholder coordination – help manage supplier relationships along the Procurement Specialists.
- Safety Management – organize proactive processes that ensure suppliers fulfill the required safety and risk management criteria.
- Technology – Learn internal systems that drive the procurement and production of our tours to then apply the data to successfully complete team tasks and goals.
- Market Knowledge – Become familiar with the supply market along the whole LATAM region, exploring trends and opportunities that will bring innovation to our operations.
- 0-2 Years of work experience
- Having studied or worked abroad for at least 6 months
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask and great attention to detail
- Quick learner and proven problem solver
- Skilled in MS Excel
- Passionate about educational travel
