- Develop and execute monthly and quarterly content strategies for social media, blog, email marketing and WhatsApp channels.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end content development process — planning, scripting/copywriting, production, editing, scheduling, publishing, and reporting.
- Drive content performance to achieve KPI targets (engagement rate, follower growth, conversion metrics).
- Manage a minimum of 3 blog articles per month, including research, SEO optimization, and publishing.
- Execute end-to-end WhatsApp blast campaigns, including copywriting, audience segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with relevant brands and external partners to expand audience reach, enhance content value, and support overall campaign objectives.
- Maintain and enforce EF’s brand guidelines across every content format and platform, including all social media channels and the EF EFEKTA Center communities platform.
- Monitor digital content and social media trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to inspire continuous improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly content performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Handle day-to-day social media operations as the main contact for incoming messages and user feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing / social media / digital creative.
- Outstanding communication abilities in both written and spoken English, meeting B2 proficiency standards.
- Excellent end-to-end content production including copywriting + visual/video direction, storytelling across multiple platforms (IG/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn/Blog/WhatsApp)
- Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X).
- Proven track record of creating content that drives measurable results.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Sprout Social, GA or similar).
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword strategy for blog content.
- Experience managing brand partnerships or collaborations is preferred.
