About the Program

We’re seeking innovative, technically curious, and business-minded graduates to join our exclusive 18-month AI trainee program. Each trainee will be paired directly with a C-level leader to identify and implement high-impact AI solutions that deliver immediate business value.

Unlike traditional tech roles, this position focuses on applying existing AI tools and platforms to solve real business problems today — not hypothetical challenges of tomorrow. You’ll help our organization embrace AI-powered efficiency while working closely with senior leadership.

The Role

As an AI Trainee, you’ll serve as an AI implementation specialist, identifying opportunities where artificial intelligence can create competitive advantage. You’ll work on practical projects with measurable outcomes such as:

  • Setting up AI agents to monitor competitor activities in real time
  • Streamlining (or entirely redesigning) operational workflows through automation
  • Enhancing customer experiences with AI-powered solutions
  • Improving decision-making through data insights

This role will be available in London, Zurich, and Boston. You will participate in collaborative summits with fellow trainees while actively supporting executive leadership in their AI journey.

Requirements

  • Technical degree from a top university (CS / ML / Data preferred but not required)
  • Fluency in English (additional languages valued)
  • International work and/or study experience
  • Demonstrated leadership potential

Talents and Skills

  • Deep curiosity about agentic AI, autonomous systems, and next-generation AI architectures
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on deploying AI at scale and driving measurable impact
  • Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between LLM-driven automation and executive decision-making
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to navigate unstructured, AI-augmented workflows independently
