Sales Consultant

- Lead the promotion and sales of EF’s global language and academic programs.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high value leads into enrolled students, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, offering tailored program recommendations to meet individual needs.
- Represent EF at high-profile fairs, universities, and recruitment events across Portugal.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, ensuring an outstanding experience for students and their families before, during, and after enrolment.
- Take ownership of market expansion efforts, actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Fluent Portuguese & English (spoken & written).
- Minimum 2 years of telephone sales experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree and international experience (preferred).
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and a passion for education and cultural exchange.
