Hybrid - Monday to Thursday in office, option to work from home on Fridays
$20/hr, 40 hours per week

EF Education First is excited to offer a Cooperative Education (co-op) program in partnership with a student’s college or university, giving students the opportunity to align their academic and future career goals with full time or part time work experience for a select period of time.
EF offers a multitude of full-time, 6-month co-ops starting in January or July, across our travel, language, and education businesses in sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing.
The Opportunity
This is your opportunity to be part of the team that envisions and brings to life unforgettable internal and customer-facing experiential events for EF Educational Tours and additional EF Tours products. If you love the energy of live events and have a passion for creating exceptional experiences for people, this co-op will give you hands-on exposure to both.
Success in this role requires flexibility, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves when things get hectic (because they will!) What We Do

• Global Leadership Summits
• Tour Director Summits
• Thematic Tour Events
• Global Meeting and other EF Staff Kickoffs
These programs create immersive learning opportunities, foster memorable connections between participants, deliver large-scale branding experiences, and highlight what makes EF different.
Your Focus: The Attendee Journey
Your primary focus will be on the attendee experience at every touchpoint; ensuring attendees have a seamless, positive experience from the moment the event is announced, until after they return home. You’ll also support with additional event-related tasks as needed.
What You’ll Do
• Manage participant registration and maintain attendee details
• Serve as a point of contact for attendee inquiries before, during, and after events
• Send timely communications about event details, logistics, and what to expect
• Coordinate accommodation and transportation details for attendees and ensure accuracy
• Support event branding efforts including signage, swag, materials, and visual elements that reinforce the EF experience
• Help create “wow moments” that make events memorable
• Assist with various event-related tasks and projects as dictated by the evolving needs of the team

What We’re Looking For
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Genuine enthusiasm for creating impactful experiences for others
• Curiosity to explore AI tools and solutions that could enhance operational efficiency
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure
• Flexibility and adaptability when plans change
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to travel internationally to support an event October 16-23, 2026
• Previous experience with events, hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred, not required
