Homestay Coordinator

- Providing students with quality accommodation service throughout their stay.
- Daily administrative tasks regarding to student's accomidation and travel
- Assessing student satisfaction during their stay.
- Handling any issue related to student welfare.
- Working directly with students and host families to problem solve, manage crisis, and help students acclimate to their new environment.
- Communicating issues with internal team members
- Enforce school rules and policies at the residences and host families
- Managing student discipline issues
- Share emergency on-call duties with other permanent school staff.
- Working Fluency in Spanish (C1)
- Full Fluency in English
- A third language is a strong plus!
- 2-3 years of working experience in similar or related field
- Target-driven person who knows how to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Patience, flexibility, and strong conflict resolution skills
- Positive attitude with empathy for others
- Comfort with a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
- International experience preferred
