Summer Airport Greeter

Si vives en Málaga y estás buscando una oportunidad full-time en Customer Service esta posición puede ser perfecta para ti.

Serás el encargado de dar la bienvenida a los estudiantes que llegan a Málaga y de organizar su transfer de llegada y salida.

Funciones del puesto:

• Comunicación con el proveedor de transfer
• Preparación de los listados de llegadas y salidas para tener la información actualizada
• Dar la bienvenida a los nuevos estudiantes en el aeropuerto y ayudar a encontrar su transfer
• Ayudar con el teléfono de emergencias en el aeropuerto
• Acompañar a los estudiantes menores de edad hasta su responsable en la aerolínea
• Tareas administrativas

Habilidades personales:

• Habilidades de comunicación
• Organización
• Conciencia cultural
• Experiencia trabajando con Excel
• Nivel B2 de inglés
• Ser bilingüe es un plus

Es una experiencia excelente para aquellos que buscan una carrera en turismo, atención al cliente o gestión. El principal día de trabajo en la semana es el domingo en el aeropuerto. El resto de las horas se repartirán durante la semana para labores administrativas y organizativas en la oficina.
