As a Study Abroad Consultant, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Czech Republic and Global Program Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip with top-tier customer service.

As a Study Abroad Consultant, you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Czech Republic and Global Program Teams. You will engage with customers personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them from their first inquiry until they return home from their trip with top-tier customer service.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Promoting Language Study Abroad Programs: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term promotion strategy
- Excellent Communication: Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-promotion calls daily to potential students
- Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team promotion goals with a positive, competitive attitude
- Relationship building: Represent EF Language Abroad at fairs and Universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
- Teamwork: Build strong relationships with our global and diverse Promotion and Campus Teams to provide students with the best EF Language Abroad experience
- Please note that this role is fully on-site. Working together in person fosters creativity, spontaneous idea-sharing, and stronger team connections, which we believe is essential for success.
- Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full fluency in Czech (reading, writing, speaking)
- Full working rights in Czech
- 2+ years of sales experience (ideally in consultative, high-value, or service-based sales)
- A proven track record of achieving revenue and/or sales targets
- Confident in selling premium products or services with longer decision cycles.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
- Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus!
