ポジション概要：

EF 東京校のスクールディレクターとして、国際色豊かな語学学校の運営全体をリードしていただきます。

本ポジションは、教育・学生サポート・オペレーションを横断しながら、世界中から集まる学生に質の高い学びと体験を提供する、非常に実務に近いリーダーシップポジションです。

スピード感のある環境の中でチームを率い、グローバルな基準と日本の現場をつなぎながら、キャンパス全体の成果を最大化していただきます。

主な業務内容

■ チームマネジメント・組織づくり

• アカデミック、学生サポート、滞在、オペレーション各チームの統括・育成
• 主体性と責任感を持って動ける組織づくり
• 部門横断での連携強化とチームパフォーマンスの向上

■ 学生体験の向上

• 学生満足度（ NPS ）の向上に向けた施策の推進
• 学習・滞在・アクティビティを含めた一貫した学生体験の提供
• 「学生中心」の考え方を全体に浸透

■ オペレーション管理

• 安全で効率的なキャンパス運営の実現
• 日々の運営、外部ベンダー、施設管理の統括

■ 滞在・学生サポート

• ホストファミリーやレジデンスの品質管理
• 学生の安全・生活面のサポート体制の構築（未成年含む）

■ アクティビティ運営

• 文化・交流プログラムの企画・運営管理
• 安全基準に基づいたプログラムの実施

■ 緊急対応・安全管理

• 24 時間対応体制の管理
• 学生対応における最終責任者としての判断・対応

■ ビジネス・運営改善

• 予算管理および収益性の確保
• グローバルチームと連携した集客支援
• サービス・運営の継続的な改善

■ 財務管理

• キャンパスの収支管理（予算策定・予測・コスト管理）
• サービス品質と収益性の両立

応募要件

• 教育、ホスピタリティ、観光、またはサービス業におけるマネジメント経験
• スピード感のある環境でのチーム運営経験
• 海外での留学または就業経験
• 日本での就業経験、または日本の職場文化への理解
• 英語・日本語でのコミュニケーション力（尚可）
• プレッシャーの中でも柔軟に対応し、実行できる方

The Opportunity: School Director

As School Director of EF Tokyo, you will lead a fast-paced, international campus delivering Japanese language programs to students from around the world.

This is a highly operational leadership role, combining education, service delivery, and team leadership in a culturally complex environment. You will oversee academics, student services, accommodation, and activities, ensuring a seamless and high-quality student experience.

We are looking for a resilient, hands-on leader who can build strong teams, drive performance, and successfully bridge international expectations with the local operating environment in Japan.

Your Impact

Leadership & Culture

• Lead, coach, and develop cross-functional teams across academics, accommodation, student services, and operations
• Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and collaboration aligned with EF’s global values
• Foster initiative and proactive problem-solving within teams
• Successfully balance EF’s entrepreneurial culture with local workplace dynamics

Student Experience & Customer Satisfaction

• Own the school’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) and drive continuous improvement
• Deliver a seamless student journey across academics, accommodation, activities, and support services
• Reinforce a strong student-first mindset across all departments

Operations & Facilities

• Ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming campus aligned with EF Gold Standards
• Oversee daily operations, vendors, and facilities in a busy, year-round environment

Accommodation & Welfare

• Maintain high-quality accommodation options and strong host/residence relationships
• Ensure student welfare and safeguarding, including under-18s

Activities & Student Life

• Oversee a dynamic social and cultural activities programme
• Ensure all excursions and activities meet EF safety and risk standards

Student Safety & Emergency Management

• Oversee the 24-hour emergency phone system and staff rotation
• Act as the final escalation point for student incidents and emergencies

Business & Performance

• Manage budgets and ensure financial performance
• Partner with global sales teams to support enrolment growth
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the Tokyo school offering

Financial Ownership

• Own and manage the campus P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Ensure delivery against financial targets while maintaining high service standards

Who You Are

• A proven leader in education, hospitality, tourism, or service operations
• Experienced managing teams in a fast-paced, operational environment
• Internationally experienced (work or study abroad)
• Experienced working in Japan or with a strong understanding of Japanese workplace culture
• A strong communicator in English and Japanese (preferred)
• A resilient, hands-on leader who thrives under pressure
