🌍 Indian Virtual Event Moderators (Contract) – Global Training Event 🌍

ELB Learning is looking for multiple proactive, detail-savvy Indian Moderators (based in India, fluent in English & Hindi!) to support a high-profile global virtual training event this July. If you're cool under pressure, tech-savvy, and love making virtual experiences seamless and engaging — this is a perfect freelance opportunity for you.

🧩 The Role:
You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role in delivering smooth, professional training sessions hosted on Microsoft Teams.

From managing logistics to supporting participants and facilitators, you’ll help ensure every session runs like clockwork.

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

• Keep a sharp eye on chat and breakout rooms during live virtual sessions
• Provide real-time support to facilitators and participants (questions, issues, escalations)
• Share links, materials, and instructions clearly and promptly
• Track attendance and keep sessions running on schedule
• Uphold a polished, professional virtual experience for all attendees

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Bilingual Language skills (Hindi & English)
• Prior experience moderating or supporting live virtual events or webinars
• Comfort using Microsoft Teams (chat, breakouts, screen share, etc.)
• A quiet, distraction-free setup and a solid internet connection

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Availability for onboarding in early July and full-day support from July 21–24
