Role Summary
We are looking for a creative and versatile Senior Multimedia Designer to join our Global Marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling visual assets across multiple channels including video, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to translate campaign ideas into engaging visuals that support product promotion, brand storytelling, and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce KOL and marketing videos for digital campaigns

• Conceptualize and create video content based on advertising ideas such as storytelling, promotional content, and motion graphics

• Develop animated promotional videos to support marketing and sales programs

• Design banners and digital assets for product launches, marketing campaigns, and feature announcements

• Create landing pages and email templates in Figma for marketing campaigns

• Design and produce print materials and branding assets to support internal departments and company initiatives

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and growth teams to ensure design consistency across campaigns

• Explore and leverage AI powered creative tools to improve design efficiency and creativity

What You Will Have

• 3+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, including digital graphics, marketing assets, websites, or video production

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)

• Experience using Figma for landing pages and marketing design

• Strong conceptual thinking and ability to translate marketing ideas into engaging visual content

• Good communication and time management skills

• Native Vietnamese with working proficiency in English (reading, writing, listening, and speaking)

• Familiarity with AI powered design tools is a plus
