Opportunity
eLuma is seeking a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI) for school-based opportunities near the Orlando, FL area. These are on-site roles with both full-time and part-time schedules available. Services are provided during the normal school day. This is a quick start opportunity for the 2025–2026 school year.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Special Education, Visual Impairments, or a related field
• Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired (TVI)
• Active state licensure/certification in the state of practice
• Experience working with students with visual impairments in a school setting
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Braille (UEB)
• Experience with assistive technology for students with visual impairments
• Familiarity with IEP development, accommodations, and accessibility supports
• Experience working across multiple school sites or caseloads
• Strong organizational and case management skills
• Comfort with basic computer and technical tools
