On-Site Special Education Teachers – DuPage County, IL

eLuma is seeking 2 Special Education Teachers (LBS1) to work on-site with students in DuPage County, Illinois, for the 2026–2027 school year.

Positions Available

Middle School LBS1

• EL certification preferred
• ELA or Math co-teaching assignment

Elementary LBS1

• Grades 2–4
• Self-contained Academic Life Skills classroom
• Caseload of approximately 6–9 students
• AAC support
• 3 paraprofessionals in the classroom, including 1:1 and shared support

Start Date: August 17, 2026

Requirements

• Illinois LBS1/Special Education certification
• Experience working in a school setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer and technology skills
