We’re looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our international product development group, working full-time alongside our local team in São Paulo!

Our platform serves companies with deskless workforces in industries like retail, transportation, manufacturing, healthcare etc. (e.g., Vivo, Coca-Cola, Chilli Beans, Unilever and many others). • Work closely with the development teams and be part of the development cycle through sprints.
  • Collaborate with Product and other teams to manage documentation and ensure timely releases.
  • Own the QA process end-to-end to ensure users get the best possible experience.
  • Investigate product quality issues to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Handle software bug fixes.
  • Automate tests (JavaScript, Python, Testim.io).
  • Review final product functionality before sprint releases.

What We Offer

  • A dynamic and supportive work environment with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and getting the job done with a smile :)
  • The chance to impact learning experiences for millions of deskless workers.
  • A hybrid work model – at least 2 days a week in our São Paulo offices (Berrini/Pinheiros area), with the rest remote.

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in QA, with hands-on automation work (Playwright, Selenium, Testim.io, etc.)
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation.
  • Understanding of network principles and the client-server model.
  • Familiarity with DevTools (Console, Network).
  • Experience with databases (SQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience validating APIs (Postman, REST, JSON, status codes, edge cases).
  • Problem Solver: Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Fluent in English: Strong communication skills in English are essential, as it is our primary working language.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, curious, thrives in fast-paced environments, and fun to work with :)
