We’re looking for a skilled and hands-on QA Lead to join our product development group in Israel and take ownership of our QA activities—ensuring quality delivery while collaborating with development, product, and design teams.

This role includes managing one remote QA tester based in Brazil, while also working directly on test planning, execution, automation, and release readiness.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive the QA lifecycle—from planning and design to testing and delivery.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality feature delivery.
• Design and execute test strategies and plans for new features and regression testing.
• Manage and support the work of our offshore QA tester in Brazil.
• Define and improve QA processes, including test documentation and defect tracking.
• Automate test scenarios using your experience with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or Testim.io.
• Own end-to-end validation of production releases, ensuring functionality, usability, and stability meet quality standards. Monitor live versions and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve post-deployment issues.
• Help scale our QA practice to meet the needs of a growing global user base.

Who You Are

• Experienced QA Professional: At least 5 years of QA experience, including ownership of test processes or mentoring others.
• Automation Skills: Proven experience writing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright, Selenium, Testim.io or similar.
• SaaS Mindset: Experience working with cloud-based platforms, and testing in an environment with regular sprint-based releases.
• QA Methodology: Strong understanding of manual and automated testing approaches, test planning, and bug tracking.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using DevTools, Postman, APIs (REST/JSON), and databases (SQL/MongoDB).
• Communicator: Clear and proactive in your communication—English fluency is essential.
• Team Player: Collaborative, curious, and fun to work with :)
