About the program
EON Reality has run the Learn for Life internship program for many years, giving students and early-career professionals structured exposure to AI and immersive technology. We are now opening a new track within it.
Human 2.0 is a business and commercial program. It is designed for people who intend to work on the market-facing side of artificial intelligence — understanding the technology well enough to explain it, position it, and sell it to enterprise customers, and understanding how it changes the way organisations operate.
Participants learn how AI is applied across business functions and how enterprise technology is brought to market. The program does not include a software engineering or programming track. Applicants seeking a development role should not apply to this track.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are interested in commercial work — client conversations, business development, marketing, and the mechanics of how organisations make purchasing decisions.
- Want to develop a working understanding of AI and its enterprise applications, without a technical or engineering background.
- Are self-directed and comfortable operating in a remote, distributed team.
- Are considering a longer-term career in technology sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
Prior experience is not required. Curiosity, discipline, and communication ability are.
What the program covers
Enterprise AI fluency How AI and spatial technology function, and what changes in each department when an organisation adopts them — sales, marketing, HR, finance, operations, project management, R&D, and training. The objective is that you can hold a credible conversation with a manager in any of these functions.
Growth and marketing Positioning and messaging, content development, market and competitor research, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
Sales and business development Consultative selling, discovery and qualification, objection handling, CRM discipline, prospecting, and pipeline management.
Business fundamentals How a company is structured and run, how a growth-stage business finds and keeps customers, and how AI tools change the productivity of an individual contributor.
Structure
The internship runs for a minimum of three months and may be extended to six.
Foundation: Participants attend the AI Business & Entrepreneur School, covering the technology, its applications by department, and the fundamentals of enterprise go-to-market. Learning is reinforced through guided exercises on live accounts.

Applied work: Responsibility increases progressively over the internship, including ownership of accounts and campaigns under the supervision of senior commercial staff.
What participants receive
- A certificate of completion
- Personalised reference letter.
- Practical Experience
