We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Digital Asset Coordinator to
manage the end-to-end workflow for Books, Audio, Video, and other media content. This role
involves coordinating with the internal teams, processing and QA of book files and subtitles,
managing metadata, analyzing reports, and pushing final content to the app. The ideal
candidate is a quick learner with a mature and responsible attitude, who takes ownership,
shows initiative, and makes sound decisions independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Content Collection & Book Processing:
● Collect, organize, and convert EPUB and PDF book files
● Upload book files to CMS and process per internal guidelines
● Create or edit book covers as per required specifications.

Quality Assurance:
● Perform processing- and staging-level QA to check content appropriateness, word
highlighting, dictionary accuracy, visual integrity, and layout
● Test and verify video subtitle accuracy and syncing, maintaining quality standards
across media formats
● Identify and correct any and all content errors before pushing content to the live app

Reporting & Metadata Management:
● Enter and manage accurate metadata for all content on designated platforms
● Analyze content and subtitle QA reports
● Prepare, verify, and send royalty reports to publishers

Collaboration & Ownership:
● Work closely with internal teams (DACs, QA, Design, Tech, and Finance).
● Track progress and maintain organized records of processed content.

Skills & Qualifications:
● Any Bachelor’s degree, Preferably have experience in Ed Tech, Media, Publishing,
Design, Communication related field.
● 5+ years of experience in digital content operations, QA, or publishing workflows.
● Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, subtitle editing tools (e.g., Subtitle
Edit), audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition or Audacity) and any CMS platform.
● Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data handling and reporting.
● Strong coordination and communication skills.
