About the Role
The Strategy & Partnership Intern will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support strategic initiatives, partnership efforts, and day-to-day operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to strategy development, market research, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced education tech environment.
What You’ll Do

Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

Gather, organize, and analyze market and competitive data to support partnership development and strategic planning.

Prepare briefs, documents, and presentation materials for partnership conversations; track action items and follow-ups.

Support team meetings, contribute to project documentation, and maintain project records.

Assist with scheduling, coordination, note-taking, and general tasks to ensure smooth execution of strategic and partnership projects.
Qualifications

Strong analytical and research skills; ability to synthesize complex information clearly.

Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

Interest in strategy, partnerships, education technology, and market research.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with guidance.

Bonus: Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Pay: $25 per hour
