The Program Services Specialist accurately and efficiently delivers Blackbaud services with increased value to our clients. This role is responsible for the effective delivery of client requirements, strong process management, and maintaining a positive client experience. The specialist supports a high volume of service activity, completing tasks with accuracy, timeliness, responsiveness, and a focus on continuous improvement.
As a successful Program Services Specialist – Associate, you will provide professional, courteous, and efficient services as a member of the YourCause Success Services team. Working in a structured, fast‑paced environment, you will review substantial amounts of data daily, complete recurring tasks, and communicate effectively with your manager and project coordinator. Prioritization based on standard SLAs will be essential, along with troubleshooting issues and supporting cross‑department collaboration.
What you'll do:
• Run and deliver monthly reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform online research to complete or validate client data files.
• Make minor updates to existing client processes and configurations within our software.
• Manage a high volume of service activity while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate data records and follow proper documentation practices.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities within current workflows.
What you'll bring:
• 2+ years of data entry experience.
• Experience working within a CRM database is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with technology and data tools; familiarity with reporting is helpful.
• Ability to manage a high volume of service activity with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all data, reports, and client updates are accurate and complete.
• Organized while managing a large portfolio of clients with varying work types and deadlines.
• Communicates clearly and professionally in verbal and written formats.
