Exxat is on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager who is customer-obsessed, data-driven, and passionate about building impactful B2B products. If you're a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving real user problems, and can lead products end-to-end — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Own one or more B2B SaaS products from concept to launch, including strategy, roadmap, and execution.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, CX, sales, and marketing.

• Deep-dive into data and user feedback to identify problems, opportunities, and areas for growth.

• Define product requirements and user stories grounded in client research and domain understanding (preferably in healthcare/medical education).

• Drive adoption and customer success by constantly refining product-market fit.

• Ensure UX excellence — our platforms are UI/UX heavy, and attention to detail is a must.

What You Bring

• 9+ years of product management experience, preferably in fast-paced product or SaaS companies.

• Proven track record of shipping successful B2B products.

• Strong customer orientation — you listen, learn, and act fast.

• Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in data analysis, prioritization frameworks, and product discovery techniques.

• Solid understanding of UX design principles; can balance functionality with user-friendliness.

• Outstanding communication and storytelling skills — written, verbal, and visual.

Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare, medical education, or compliance domains.

• Background in running business units or entrepreneurial ventures.

• Prior work with distributed teams across geographies.
