About the Role

As a UX Designer II at Exxat, you’ll craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that enhance experiences for students, educators, and administrators in healthcare education. You'll contribute to the design process from ideation to execution, aligning your work with business goals and design best practices.

Responsibilities

· Translate product goals into well-structured design solutions.

· Apply visual and interaction design fundamentals to craft user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups.

· Participate in user research and usability testing to validate and improve your designs.

· Contribute to and follow the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.

· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including PMs, developers, and QA.

· Seek and incorporate feedback to iterate on design work.

· Manage your own work independently and meet project deadlines consistently.

What You Bring

· 5-8years of UX design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.

· Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

· Strong grasp of design principles, usability, and accessibility.

· Ability to connect design work to user needs and business outcomes.

· Experience participating in user research and applying insights.

· Familiarity with design systems and agile product teams.
