About the Role

As a UX Designer II at Exxat, you’ll craft intuitive, user-centered solutions that enhance experiences for students, educators, and administrators in healthcare education. You will contribute to the design process from ideation to execution, ensuring your work aligns with business goals and design best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product goals into well-structured design solutions.
• Apply visual and interaction design fundamentals to craft user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups.
• Participate in user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs.
• Contribute to and follow the design system to ensure visual and functional consistency.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
• Seek and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve design work.
• Manage your work independently and consistently meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UX design experience, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to connect design decisions with user needs and business outcomes.
• Experience participating in user research and applying insights to design improvements.
• Familiarity with design systems and agile product development teams.
