The opportunity

We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to spearhead our ambitious IT projects. The successful candidate will possess deep and broad technology expertise, with a wealth of experience in constructing and managing scalable web applications, strong proficiency in front-end and back-end development, and mastery in React and Node.js. Our Senior Full Stack Developer will lead the charge in developing sophisticated and user-friendly applications, fostering a culture of technical excellence in our fast-paced and synergistic work environment.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform expert-level requirements analysis to deeply understand business objectives and architect comprehensive, strategic technical solutions.
• Lead the engineering and maintenance of responsive, user-centric applications, utilizing the full spectrum of React.js capabilities, along with advanced server-side development in Node.js.
• Guide collaboration efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust application functionality.
• Architect, develop, and maintain superior, efficient, and scalable code, setting the standard for front-end and back-end development practices.
• Take command of ensuring the superior performance, quality, and responsiveness of all applications.
• Resolve complex UI/UX and backend issues, driving solutions that optimize application efficiency.
• Oversee the full software deployment lifecycle, advocating for continuous integration and continuous delivery practices.
• Champion software enhancements by leading code reviews, refactoring, debugging, and integrating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
• Author authoritative and detailed technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Act as a mentor and technical leader to the development team, providing insights, guidance, and support.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent, with advanced studies being a plus.
• 5+ years of comprehensive experience as a Full Stack Developer with exceptional skills in both React and Node.js environments.
• Expertise in front-end techniques with proficiency in complex React structures, ECMAScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and advanced development tools (Babel, Webpack, NPM).
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Node.js, Express, and crafting RESTful API services, with proficiency in managing both NoSQL and SQL databases.
• A champion of Agile methodologies, with a proven record of managing development cycles and leading technical projects.
• Exceptional analytical abilities, exemplary communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Deep experience with code versioning tools like Git, along with secure and scalable authorization practices including JSON Web Token.
• A dedication to writing and maintaining pristine, testable, and scalable code.
• Skilled in orchestrating complex user authentication and authorization across systems, and designing applications for high scalability and efficiency.
