About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical Analyst to join our Supply Chain & Operations (SCO) Team in EY Polish Business Consulting practice. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to supply chain planning and operations excellence within a global consulting environment.

The opportunity gives you a chance to join our Planning team within SCO to support global and local clients with planning improvement implementations, e.g. Advanced Planning System like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, OMP.

Your scope of duties:

  • Assist in project delivery by supporting senior team members.
  • Perform data analysis and contribute to the development of insights and recommendations.
  • Help in the preparation of reports and presentations for project findings.
  • Participate in workshops and contribute to the documentation of business requirements. - Support the implementation of supply chain solutions under the guidance of experienced consultants.
  • Collaborate with team members on transformational projects across various supply chain domains.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, IT, economics, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in the supply chain industry.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

  • Internship or work experience in supply chain or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain planning tools and methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of business analysis and statistical concepts.
