We are looking for Risk Analyst with English to join our global Risk Management Services Team. If you enjoy working in a team environment in delivering the administrative and project needs of the GDS ES organization by being a part of the GDS ES RMS, this job is just perfect for you.
The opportunity
Risk Management Services have been established in GDS Poland more than 5 years ago as a part of the global process and it is growing and developing rapidly. RMS Operations (OPEX) team is responsible for managing and controlling various reporting activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
Being part of Operational Excellence Risk Management (OPEX) team, you will act as an operational specialist in order to provide consistent, high quality services to key RMS Leadership and Stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
As a part of our Team:
- You will be responsible for analyzing and controlling RMS reporting such as KPIs, utilization
- You will monitor and coordinate invoicing/billing to the key stakeholders and monitor AR along with the follow ups
- You will support headcount planning and monitoring
- You will assist in Budgeting and yearly planning activities
- You will cooperate with Supporting Functions like Finance, Talent Team and Service Excellence to provide support in driving business goals
- You will work in close collaboration with internal teams and management in order to meet the RMS operational goals and support strategies of Risk Management

- Finance and Accounting knowledge will be an asset
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Exceptional and proven communication skills, including responsiveness and commitment to quality (at all level in the organization)
- Ability to identify and flag potential risks to senior leadership. Work towards building and implementing mitigation plans
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Highly developed verbal & written communication in English language
- Experience in working with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, basic knowledge of Power BI would be a great asset)
- Excellent team attitude, inter-personal skills
- Good time management supported with proper work organization skills
What we look for
We are interested in hiring a team player with strong communication and analytical skills, as well as the right attitude to propose process improvements. Ideally you should have Master degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration or in related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in relevant business research role is highly desired. Fluent (B2) English language is a must.
You should be able to independently complete your regular responsibilities according to the deadlines, have a positive attitude, an open mind and “out of the box” thinking mindset. You should be flexible, open for challenges and changes as our environment is young and dynamic.
