EY’s People Advisory Services help clients in designing and implementing an integrated people strategy. The Reward team is a dedicated, multidisciplinary team within the People Advisory Services department consisting of more than 50 remuneration experts, technology geeks and data wizards spread over 5 offices in Belgium. Within our team, we mostly focus on improving reward policies and practices. We support our clients on topics ranging from reduction of employment costs to the setup of compensation & benefits strategies. In addition, we continuously update and inform our clients on legislative changes and innovations.

Your key responsibilities

In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, the role of HR is shifting from a transactional function to a strategic partner integral to an organization's success. The traditional paradigms of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational efficiency are being redefined by the transformative powers of data analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence, and other emerging technologies. A successful integration thereof will become an indispensable pillar of any HR strategy.

You will become part of the Reward Software Factory where you will be working on the development, improvement, maintenance of our current applications as well as helping business transform their ideas in an optimized solution.

What we are looking for

  • You have an innovative, analytical, and collaborative mindset that strives to deliver the exceptional experience to our clients.
  • You are a true techie – curious about technology, digitally-savvy and passionate about innovation.

  • You have an untamable curiosity about the new world of work to create new solutions considering different aspects.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch and French is a plus.
  • You have obtained at least a bachelor’s degree, and possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Fluency in C# is important.
  • Experience with ASP.Net is a must.
  • Experience with Azure Cloud or similar (AWS, Google) cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with Angular is a plus.
  • You are a team player but are also able to work autonomously with a problem-solving mindset.
  • You are available to start as soon as possible.
