Advise life insurance clients on transforming their life insurance, annuity, group benefits, and retirement operations and systems. Transform business processes, systems, and technology improvements. Help clients achieve their desired goals and business objectives and in return, work with leading practices in technology transformation, delivery, and exposure to a wide variety of business challenges that are solved using digital and transformational technologies. Collaborate with market leading technology product platforms in shaping their roadmap and helping our clients implement their platform. Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience defining business and technical requirements or systems implementation. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field and 4 years of work experience defining business and technical requirements, or systems implementation.

Must have 4 years of experience assessing and improving business processes, systems, and associated technologies.

Must have 4 years of experience in any combination with the Financial Services industry and/or Insurance & Annuities industry.

Must have 4 years of experience with one or a combination of the following software packages and/or technologies: FINEOS, EIS, ALIP, GIAS, DXC wmA/CyberLife, LifePRO, FAST, Infosys McCamish, InsPro, Majesco, OIPA, Alis, V3, Wyde, Andesa, Limelight Health, iPipeline, nbaccelerator, Concentrix, Insurance Technologies, Vitech, ClaimVantage, Vue, or Java.

Must have 1 year of experience supporting business development activities or engaging with internal or external business stakeholders.

Must have 4 years of program, project, or workstream management experience in an on-shore/off-shore model working with clients and third-party vendors.

Must have 4 years of experience in one or combination of the following: application servers, database, development tools, middleware and integration technologies.

Must have 4 years of experience in any combination of the following roles: IT or Business Architect, Business Analyst, Developer, Program Lead, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, in order to meet client needs.
