The Opportunity – Project Consultant - Fincrime Transaction monitoring – Bangalore

Your key responsibilities

• Support client engagements where EY is managing Transaction monitoring / Fincrime projects

Skills and attributes for success

• AML/Transaction monitoring alert investigations, SAR, STR.
• Exposure in UK Europe market and banks
• Sound knowledge of alert typologies and scenarios
• Transaction analysis and identification of red flags
• Experience with identifying RFI requirements and corresponding with RMs
• Experience working either as maker/analyst or a checker/QC
• Willing to work in morning/afternoon shift
• No WFH, potentially hybrid, but willingness to do 100% WFO.
• Open to explore the opportunity to work for a Fixed term employment of 6 months.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Minimum 4 years of exp into Financial crime, AML transaction monitoring alert investigation.
• Additionally, we are also looking for resources with 7+ years with people and operational management experience in addition to the skills mentioned above.
• Graduate/ Post-Graduate with professional qualification

Ideally you’ll also have

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
• Good English grammar
• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility
