Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP Analytics technologies to improve their operations with a focus on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity. Lead and deliver analytics workstreams. Work with the key stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into analytics solutions on a SAP platform. Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting. Complete functional and technical designs of the solution, perform testing, and write documentation. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services.

Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services focusing on more complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Learn about EY and its service lines and actively assess and present ways to apply knowledge and services.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field and 2 years of work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or a related field and 1 year of work experience.

Must have 1 year of experience in providing advisory and/or consulting services in the strategy, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP solutions within a professional services firm.

Must have 1 year of technical experience with at least one of the following SAP modules: SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA, or SAP Embedded Analytics.

Must have experience with at least 1 end-to-end implementation of a S/4 Reporting and Analytics solution (such as SAP BW, Embedded Analytics, or SAP Datasphere) while employed with a professional services firm.

Must have 1 year of experience in developing and giving client-facing presentations.

Must have 1 year of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects.

Must have 1 year of experience of working with Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid Agile development methods.

Must have 1 year of experience with business intelligence and data warehouse concepts, analytics roadmaps, or SAP product convergence portfolios.

Must have 1 year of experience with logical and/or physical data modelling.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
