Position Summary:
Talent Services (TS) is a core service line within Global Delivery Services and Global Shared Services organization, providing multiple HR Operational support services including Recruitment Operations support, Onboarding support, Core HR data administration, Learning Admin support, Performance management support, Global Mobility & CBTS support, Global Reporting, etc. to EY member firms. TS provides these services to Areas, Regions, Countries, Global & Regional Talent teams, COE Teams, and other stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centres in Dalian, China; Kerala, India; Wroclaw, Poland; and Manila, Philippines.
Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) for the respective function is an integral part of TS service offerings where the extended delivery model is used along with high-quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. This is across service lines and regions – delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled, agile teams. The team in the virtual hub is an extension of the regional talent teams and will cover operational/non-transnational scope.
This role would be working with US Talent Enablement Compliance team. The TEC Policy & External Compliance Process Specialist works closely and providing full support to EY leadership, Talent, and the TEC Project Manager team to support policy processes US-wide. Responsible for planning, executing and deploying various processes and initiatives in order to create connectivity and consistency that align to and support the broader strategies and business goals and comply with external regulations. This position serves as a main point of contact for operational Talent processes to a wide range of functions and stakeholders. Efficiently driving initiatives, adherence to policies and other Talent processes.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Compliance Monitoring, Operations, Reporting, Data Analysis responsibilities:
o Builds, leverages and maintains relationships with key stakeholders and leaders, i.e., Talent Leadership, Global Compliance Operations, Risk, Client Serving Leadership, etc.
o Utilizes a Project Management mindset and rigor to maintain, improve and enhance Talent processes.
o Responsible for various initiatives by acting as liaison between subject matter professionals and functional specialists
o Leverages reporting and data analytics including providing insight on trends, potential areas for concern and to inform solutions
o Implements, maintains, monitors and makes recommendations to further enhance visibility and usage of firm processes and initiatives
o Identifies, develops and brings ideas and thought leadership to firm leadership regarding current state of processes, best practices and new ways to drive and improve.
o Works directly with Project Managers to operationalize relevant projects & maintain, operate, test and update as needed.
o Ability to manage high-risk, confidential and complex operational tasks and processes.
o Raise issues/risks to leadership, determines efficiencies and Process improvement ideas and assiste with implementation to streamline processes/tasks
o Serve as a subject matter expert in HR technology, guiding the organization in the selection, implementation, and optimization of systems that support compliance and policy adherence.
o Comfortable with data analysis and generating reports to proactively monitor and audit HR compliance, ensuring alignment with internal policies.
o Collaborate seamlessly with Talent Delivery and DET/Technology Consulting teams to guarantee that system configurations, upgrades, and integrations not only meet compliance standards but also fulfill business needs.
o Design and develop intuitive workflows for both developer implementation and as a reference framework for Talent teams, enhancing operational efficiency.
o Craft detailed technical documentation, user procedures, and guidelines that serve as the backbone for our HR compliance tools.

o Consults on/presents recommendations to leadership regarding solutions and influences final decisions
o Understands and applies knowledge of the firm’s business, structure and operations to effectively identify opportunities to support the firm’s strategy and key initiatives to achieve operational excellence across defined metrics, championing focus and accountability on D&I targets, acting as a liaison between practice professionals and functional specialist
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in the use of excel for high level data manipulation. Advanced skills in data analysis, with demonstrated ability to collect data, analyze and provide insights from variety of data sources
• Ability to connect operational processes with their business purpose and recognize ways to improve and optimize
• Understanding of SL’s existing workforce management practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio
• May require experience using an applicant tracking system and CRM preferred
• Experience using data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
• Demonstrated experience in learning new systems and ability to use multiple firm systems such as Mercury, Sharepoint, and other non-firm systems.

Supervision Responsibilities:

Other Requirements:
• For Excel specifically, advanced knowledge to include experience with formulas, macros, V lookup and Pivot tables
Job Requirements:
Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR/business related studies & postgraduate diploma
Experience:
• 8+ years of business experience, with 2+years of related experience preferably within in workforce planning, Talent, Finance, recruiting
• Experience Management, including running projects from beginning to end, delivering results to senior level leaders, training teams on tools developed.
• Strong skills in Microsoft applications, including Excel and PowerPoint; previous exposure to an HR system will be an advantage
• Demonstrable experience in conducting internal and external analysis to understand trends, develop and share insights and best practices
• Experience in delivering/facilitating internal operations processes to drive intended outcomes
• Prior experience of working within an onshore/offshore model, working in globally dispersed teams to deliver services, processes and standards
• Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments to deliver required results
• Demonstrable experience in closely related Talent management, consulting, or operations role
• Demonstrable experience of collaborating with Talent colleagues and businesses to understand needs and shape solutions
