Your key responsibilities

As a Travel Center specialist you will play a crucial role in a business by being ‘’right-hand person’’ of key company executives with tasks as:

• Ensuring that all processes comply with relevant regulations, policies and standards
• Providing employees with information about the travel process
• Assisting with inquires, providing trainings, creating educational materials
• Leading or participating in project aimed at introducing innovative services
• Generating reports on travel center performance
• Collaborating with different Service Lines and Teams to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery
• Various administrative and ad-hoc task

Skills and attributes for success

• You are fluent in English language (C1 level)
• 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in administrative support / client support
• You enjoy performing various administrative tasks
• Excellent communications and organizational skills
• You are very proactive and open-minded
• You can work as individual contributor and within a team

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Customer orientation
• Attention to details
• You possess a good knowledge of MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Professional experience in administrative support
