We provide reporting solutions/requirements through finance, markets and operations reporting along with cyclical and critical controlling processes such as Forecasting, Financial Planning, Revenue Planning, Markets Leadership Planning and Cash Reporting to help you take better business decisions. With projects like Mercury, we also support business transformation, and we are continuing to expand our services to support all Regions with their reporting and analytics needs.
The opportunity
This role focuses on the people management, regular interaction with clients for day to day business purpose, managing larger team (business units) within Reporting team. In this role, candidate is expected to provide the key support to internal stakeholders to drive various initiatives, global/local projects, take business/process related decisions as need basis and provide the regular required updates to R&A CoE leadership. This role will be global role in nature and candidate is expected to be flexible with shift to support global clients.
Your key responsibilities
- Performing extensive financial analysis of weekly, monthly and annual results under the guidance of the Financial Controllers/Chief Operating Officers/Chief Financial Officers/Partners/Directors and other finance professionals to identify various operational / business related challenges
- Experienced in financial reporting with a strong grasp of report creation, data analysis, and the processes involved in delivering accurate and timely financial insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
- Ability to comprehend the business needs and translate into technical requirements for Power BI developers.
- Extensive variance / market leadership analysis to understand the reasons and operational criticalities in meeting plan.
- Communication with Leadership members across the Globe identifying and alerting the key performance indications and explanations thereon.
- Seasonal support in preparing the Budgets / Forecast reporting and Financial projections and business scenarios
- Fosters an environment that promotes the sharing of knowledge and leading practices, and builds on learning to serve the organization
- Promotes effective teaming with multitasking capabilities
- Dashboard reporting covering key KPIs on monthly basis
- Support on Finance, Markets and Sales and Pipeline part of reporting.
Skills and attributes for success
- Understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Passionate about data analysis, reporting, and have a strong command of power platform tools, along with SQL Server Management Studio skills to handle the backend data.
- Good negotiating skills
- Data interpretation and provide insights for decision making.
- Advanced excel knowledge and should be able to reconcile large data sets and provide variance, Trend and decision making Intelligent insights
- Decision making capabilities
- Understand the requirement and create templates for various projection, planning and statistical information which will help leadership and End user for analysis.
- Managing larger team
- Effective delegation, multitasking and attention to details

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA or CA. ACCA (or equivalent) desirable
- Experience in working in a globally deployed accounting organization
- At least 12-15 years of experience in finance processes and policies
- Experience in managing a similar reporting and analysis function
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Excel 365 complex functions
- Hands on experience with developing power Point presentations
- Experience with Power BI Report Development (Pro License) and Proficient in Power BI Service Management
