• As our Senior Consultant in Supply Chain and Operations, you’ll be advising our clients on advanced planning methodologies, demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and sales and operations understanding.
• Core Responsibilities
• Analyse clients' supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategic supply chain planning solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
• Advise on the selection and implementation of Supply Chain Planning software solutions, such as Advanced Planning Systems (APS), to improve planning accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure successful execution of supply chain initiatives, including implementation of supply chain planning software such as OMP, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP APO.
• Collaborate with clients to establish supply chain performance metrics and monitor progress.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance clients' supply chain capabilities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain planning to provide informed recommendations to clients.

What we’re looking for

Essential

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or a related role.
• Excellent planning skills and understanding of demand planning, supply planning, S&OP and inventory management.
• Proven track record of successful supply chain optimization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning software and tools (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, OMP, o9).
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the aptitude to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

Desirable

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
