The opportunity
On this role as a Finance and Operations Coordinator for BMC creative team, you will work closely with the Global BMC billing and creative team including coordinators. You will be responsible for helping to manage all financial and operational aspects of Global BMC. Your focus will be working on the monthly recharging data for GDS creative and Global BMC team to provide support for external vendor cost.
Your key responsibilities
- Responsible in working together with Global BMC traffic coordinator and with Global BMC operations lead to help execute on the GDS monthly recharge data and raising vendor invoices.
- This role includes validation of engagement code and helping Global BMC finance team to raise invoices for internal and external vendor recharges.
- Support the Global BMC Operations leader and Global BMC Leader in optimizing the operations of the Global BMC function and streamline and co-drive the strategic planning process allowing the achievement of key set milestones.
- Provide operational support through effective co-ordination.
- Prepare dashboards to provide status updates and generate insights.
- Maintenance of SharePoint sites by managing content.
- Provide inputs for process improvement, building efficiencies, automation, standardization etc.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- In-depth knowledge of EY’s BMC organisation, financial and vendor management processes
- Excellent financial management skills along with excellent communication abilities and experience
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Good project management and change management skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a cross-border role, successfully managing multiple complex efforts at a global level
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, including cross-cultural competence
- Detail-oriented
Educational qualification
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in finance or accounting (or equivalent area of study or experience)
