The opportunity
In this role, you’ll operate as a true marketing athlete and dot-connector. You’ll focus on market activation of priority campaigns for EY’s priority sectors including Consumer, Government Public Service, and Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Telecommunications. This role is critical in helping deliver impactful go-to-market programs and initiatives to grow pipeline and revenue. You’ll leverage and effectively communicate your strong knowledge of the full suite of EY capabilities and solutions to promote and launch National marketing initiatives that underpin EY’s reputation, fuel our relationships, and help EY stand apart from the competition.
In your day-to-day activities, you’ll find yourself activating omni-channel marketing campaigns to build external visibility around our priority sectors, while driving internal education and awareness for relevant stakeholders. And you’ll be expected to contribute best-in-class ideas and collaborate as a get-it-done leader who’s committed to executional excellence to deliver bold, measurable results.
From reputation through to relationships and revenue, succeeding in this role will mean activating go-to-market campaigns, understanding our business, our clients and our brand – and then continuously identifying new tactics to help EY innovate and win in the Canadian market.
Your key responsibilities:
- Work with multiple teams across industries to develop and execute leading programs and campaigns
- Understand the industry strategies set by leadership and activate EY campaigns that best align to the leadership’s goals and priorities
- Connect the dots across solutions, services, sales and marketing to support campaigns and programs that link brand and demand
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring global and national EY campaigns to life
- Develop and write a range of strategic external and internal communications designed to connect with the firm’s values, goals and priorities. This includes social media copy, leadership messages, briefing documents, talking points, email campaigns, and more.
- Support, organize and execute webinars and events for various audiences, leveraging different tools and formats for maximum engagement
- Evaluate and manage sponsorship opportunities to strategically support existing programs and elevate our brand in the market
- Conduct market research to support sales and marketing efforts
- Support the development and publication of thought leadership, articles and market-facing content
- Create PowerPoint presentations, including client decks, solution slip-sheets and internal team presentations
- Manage logistics for meetings, record & share meeting notes, maintain calendars, and handle expense reporting for marketing-related activities
- Continuously identify new opportunities and bring fresh ideas for improvement
- Develop and recommend approaches for project implementation and execution, developing processes that can be exported to other teams
- Track and report ROI on all campaigns, programs, events, sponsorships and marketing efforts

- Data-driven mindset: Strong analytical ability, comfortable with numbers and deriving insights to inform marketing strategies
- Digital marketing expertise, including SEO, social media, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Google Analytics)
- Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and present at all levels
- Proactive communicator, providing clear and frequent project updates to ensure alignment and transparency across teams
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to pivot in response to changing priorities and market conditions

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or relevant combination of experience and education
- 2+ years of marketing experience creating, implementing and measuring high-quality brand experiences, campaigns and programs that drive revenue and build relationships. B2B experience an asset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable working with senior leaders
- In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, sponsorship, event management and measurement (analytics, dashboarding, reporting, etc.)
- This role involves interaction with internal and external clients and professionals nationally and globally. Professional competency in the English language is therefore a requirement of this role. Bilingualism in both French and English is considered an asset.

The salary range for this job in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600. Individual salaries within this range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and work location city.
