The opportunity
We are looking for Senior with expertise in Graphic Design to join the PC team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organisation whilst being instrumental in growth of the Workforce Advisory team.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts on a variety of digital learning engagements
  • Extract design by following content need and specific client requirements. Design consists of
  • Mock-ups, Wireframe, illustration, animation
  • Work on authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, RISE, Captivate, Vyond and Lectora
  • Think design with accessibly and UI/UX perspective and follow the guidelines for optimum user experience
  • Work under the supervision of more senior designers but could also work more independently
  • Communicate design intent to teams and explain how design works and advocate for users’ needs

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Bachelor’s or associate degree, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 6-9 years of graphic design experience
  • Impressive graphic design portfolio with a proven track record in visual design
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal teams and clients
  • Exemplary organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge with Adobe Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Animate and After Effects) also other supporting design software to get the job done

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience in a professional services environment with client deliverables
  • Flexibility in and comfortability with learning and applying new software and work processes
  • Strong understanding of designer and programmer workflows
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and instructional design principles
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, past E-learning work experience would be advantageous
  • Strong self-motivation to learn new programs and skills on the job
  • Strong core design skills including the ability to establish visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and colour theory
  • Ability to come up with gamification ideas for learners
  • Ability to create wireframes and mood boards
  • Ability to follow current market trends and design industry standards
  • Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, suggestions, feedback, and manage timelines
