Currently we are looking for Senior Business Analysis (IAM / PAM / IGA Specialist) to join our Cybersecurity Team in EY Poland.

The role will focus on the business and process delivery of cyber security engagements in the field of Identity and Access Management, including IAM transformation, service delivery, business development and related activities.

Your scope of duties:

  • Current state assessments of IAM processes and technologies
  • IAM capability maturity and benchmarking assessments
  • IAM data analytics
  • Preparation of IAM strategy and roadmap, including operational model and governance
  • Coordination and support for solution transition from a project to day-to-day operations
  • SOD management and other IAM compliance related activities
  • Development of professional documents in the form of reports, analysis and methodologies
  • IAM project and program management assistance

Our requirements:

  • 4+ years of practical experience in IT
  • Experience in minimum two of the following:
    • role-based access control including design and development of user access roles;
    • analysis of Segregation of Duties
    • Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 environment in the field of Active Directory (Azure AD and Windows Server 2012+)
    • IGA solution (e.g. SailPoint Suite, OneIdentity, Saviynt), PAM solution (e.g. CyberARK, FUDO, Walllix Bastion) or CIAM (e.g. Ping Identity, ForgeRock)
  • Experience in process definition, workflow design, and/or and process mapping
  • Knowledge of the most common procedures related to identity and access management,
  • Business fluency in English and Polish is a must

We will also appreciate:

  • Certification by the industry or leading PROVIDERS of IT/Security solutions (Microsoft AZ-500, CyberARK)
  • Knowledge of concepts and solutions around the security of OT or IoT environments
  • Knowledge of systems for protection against malicious code or data leakage,
  • Knowledge of IT security management processes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • ITIL, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIPT, CIPM, CRISC or other relevant certification desired
