Successful candidates will be a part of EY GDS’s Transformation Delivery (TD) practice to help our clients successfully deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution. This career opportunity seeks individuals who not only understand the role technology plays in large scale transformations, but who have experience in designing and integrating technology and business processes to produce value driven solutions. These solutions often include multiple capabilities i.e. demand intake & prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/ portfolio/ transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via dashboards.

Key Responsibilities as Agile Coach – GDS TD FS

  • Creating transformation roadmap, Agile Org structures, establishing OKRs at Portfolio, ART and Team level
  • Creating agile maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams
  • Analyse and optimize value streams for better flow and customer value delivery​
  • Creating effective Agile training materials and programs for various roles​
  • Facilitating Program level Agile ceremonies using virtual collaboration tools in a remote or hybrid environment
  • Analyze Portfolio and Team Agile metrics to assess progress and guide continuous improvement​
  • Facilitate strategic retrospectives and collaborative problem-solving sessions
  • Build trust, influence and motivate teams and enable them to become autonomus
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with evolving Agile practices and tools​


Core Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 8-10 years of relevant experience in Agile transformation and delivery
  • Experience working with Banking, financial services and insurance (BFSI) sector clients including knowledge of Cards, Payments, Commercial banking, Core banking, Investment banking, Capital markets, Regulatory, Wealth and Asset management (WAM) etc
  • Experienced in leading large Enterprise Agile transformation programs
  • Ability to align transformation initiatives to business goals
  • Expert in widely used Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
  • Must have knowledge and experience on LEAN Agile and Devops approaches
  • Ability to lead and inspire change in organizational culture towards a LEAN Agile mindset
  • Must have leadership, coaching and facilitation skills and conduct big room trainings
  • Experienced in coaching leaders on Agile transformations
  • Coach RTEs, scrum masters, product owners on agile principles, PI planning, and agile ways of working
  • Coach agile teams by assessing current agility maturity, support them in continuous improvement
  • Expert in ART launch ceremonies, value stream identification, value stream analysis and mapping
  • Experienced in setting up CoPs for Agile roles
  • Must have hands-on experience as an admin / advanced-level user of Agile project management tools such as Jira, ADO, Rally, Trello or similar
  • One or more of Industry certifications: ICP-ACC, SPC or similar
  • Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server
  • Flexible to work in US and UK time zone
