We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join our team and drive operational excellence across our CBS (Core Business Services) functions.

Role Overview:

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational activities within our CBS division. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability of our operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the CBS operations team which includes Human Resources, Brand, Marketing & Communications, IT, Finance, Facilities and Administration, providing direction and guidance to teams.
  • Provide HR strategic direction and guidance to Partner Group.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support BMC (Brand, Marketing and Communications) Lead with flagship events.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of operational processes.
  • Oversee budget planning and management, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability within the operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
  • Chair Sports and Social Committee and oversight of CSR Committee.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing effective risk management strategies.
  • Drive the adoption of technology and automation to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance and key initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years experience in a senior operations management role, preferably within Human Resources or related industry.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies and process improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
