Credit risk/ Reg Reporting BA - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM – Bangalore & Hyderabad

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

Knowledge, skills & experience

• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III/IV etc..)
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting standards (e.g., COREP, FINREP, CCAR, BCBS 239).
• Good understanding on Credit risk and CCR concepts ( Standardized & Advanced approaches ) on computing RWAs
• Strong Documentation skills (MS office)
• Experience with regulatory reporting tools (e.g., AxiomSL, OneSumX, Moody's Analytics, or in-house systems).
• Ability to gather, analyse, and document requirements (BRDs, FSDs) to ensure compliance with regulatory mandates
• Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams (finance, risk, IT) and external regulators.
• Ability to validate, test, and reconcile data for accuracy in reporting.
• Knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Working experience in complex change projects with cross functional impacts and dependencies

Experience :

5+ Years of experience

Qualification :

Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
