Job Description:

Responsibilities

• 4+ Years, Lead Development of Mobile Applications: Architect, develop, and deploy high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring they are optimized for performance and user experience.
• Technical Leadership: Set standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability. Act as a go-to expert in React Native, mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design scalable and maintainable mobile architectures that support new and existing product features. Collaborate with backend teams to ensure efficient API design and data management.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing the application for speed, responsiveness, and low memory usage. Use profiling tools and techniques to ensure efficient app operation across devices.
• Native Module Integration: Implement and manage native modules in Swift, Objective-C, Java, and Kotlin when React Native does not provide the required functionality.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the stability and reliability of the application. Use testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, and others to automate testing.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver cohesive and seamless user experiences. Engage in sprint planning, requirements gathering, and technical design discussions.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up with the latest advancements in React Native, mobile development trends, and tools, continuously improving and modernizing our codebase and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Skills:

• React Native: Deep expertise in React Native, including experience with libraries such as Redux, React Navigation, and Context API.
• JavaScript/TypeScript: Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with an emphasis on clean, modular, and maintainable code.
• Mobile Architecture: Proficient in mobile architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture, Redux) and able to create modular, scalable codebases.
• Native Development: Experience with native code (Java/Kotlin for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS) to integrate platform-specific features.
• Debugging and Profiling: Proficiency with debugging and profiling tools (e.g., Flipper, React Native Debugger) to optimize app performance.
• Testing: Strong experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest) and an understanding of CI/CD pipelines for mobile

Qualifications:

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, with an ability to collaborate and influence across teams. Proven experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
