Accounting, Compliance & Reporting Role

We are looking for an Accounting Technician to provide outsourced Administration and Finance services with knowledge of accounting, billing, customer and supplier management, treasury, and tax preparation and filing.

The opportunity

As a member of our team in GDS office in Malaga, Spain, you’ll have a chance to extend your knowledge & experience by working on the interesting projects with the newest technologies and approaches. You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation.

Your key responsibilities

- Execution of administrative processes associated with the client's business processes: registration and management of clients, sending and follow-up of contracts, uploading of client information.

- Updating and uploading information to the client's commercial systems (CRM, own systems, etc.).

- Management of pending customer information claims

- Management and escalation of incidents arising from the execution of processes.

Skills and attributes for success

• Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
• Professional experience in accounting process outsourcing projects

To qualify for the role you must have

- Attention to detail and ability to handle large amounts of data and information.

- Proactivity and problem solving.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Spanish. English is highly valued.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• User-level experience in systems: SAP, CRM Dynamics 365 and Business Intelligence
