Overall position purpose
The Consulting Learning Consultant will support the Consulting Learning Business Partner team to deliver a simplified and impactful technical learning for the Consulting business. This will be achieved by reviewing the technical learning in line with global and local priorities. The primary purpose of the role is to support the deployment of the core technical learning curriculum in Consulting Oceania.
This role will report into the Consulting Learning Business Partner and liaise with key stakeholders such as Consulting learning executives, Consulting HR/Talent team, Talent Development team and other stakeholders.
Major responsibilities/duties
- Managing and supporting the successful deployment of technical curriculum
- Project managing technical learning portfolio
- Managing key stakeholder relationships
- Leading and supporting the Facilitator pool for relevant courses.
- Support the Consulting coordinator team
- Facilitate on various training where necessary.
Objectives/measures
- The key performance measures include:
- Delivery of technical learning programs
- Tracking completion of technical learning programs
- Managing end to end communication of technical learning programs
- Training program completion rates and feedback
- Project improvement and efficiency
- Billings and Payments
- Additional activities and learning and development objectives should be set and reviewed with your Counsellor on a cycle basis as per LEAD
- Day to day challenges
- This role requires the individual to be detail oriented and conscientious in analysing data to create reports to showcase learning completion and feedback. This includes processing billings and payments for the technical learning offerings in your remit on a timely basis. You will need to remain adaptable to supporting multiple technical learning programs running simultaneously and time manage effectively to deliver best in class learning experiences.
- You will be required to manage competing priorities, varying content focus areas and multiple deliverables in this role. As cyclical and new projects often have timelines competing, you will be required to juggle competing priorities and diverse workloads.
Qualifications, knowledge & experience
- Advanced proficiency skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal relationships across BU’s and teams
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required. In addition, the ability to plan and deliver work in line with cost and time constraints
- Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
- Advanced skills in analysing data and creating pivot tables, PowerBI dashboards to showcase completion of learning
- Detailed understanding of EY’s learning policies and processes, as well as experience using SuccessFactors as a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours
- Facilitation experience
