SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the FP&A Analyst will support the Finance department. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting the major revenue and expense areas of Finalsite’s P&L, as well as other revenue/expenses as needed. Fundamentally, you will be expected to be a subject-matter expert on these major revenue/expense areas, while developing partnerships with the operational leaders and teams. In addition, you will play a key role in tracking acquisition synergies and providing other acquisition support, as needed.

LOCATION

100% Remote - Anywhere within the US

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinates the budgeting and forecasting process

  • Maintains forecast models, including revenue and expense forecasting

  • Excellent modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses with big data sets

  • Develop annual bottoms-up budget for revenue and expense areas and create necessary reporting

  • Provides other acquisition support

  • Build strong relationships across functions within the company and maintain an open flow of communication to build deep knowledge of current events in the business

  • Other analytical projects as assigned

  • Participates in training as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. An advanced degree (MA/MBA) is preferred.

  • Financial systems experience is preferred (NetSuite)

  • SaaS industry experience preferred.

  • Comfortable working with / building models

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required

  • Ability to work remotely with access to a stable high-speed internet connection

  • Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize as needed

  • Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail required

  • The right candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a results-oriented approach

  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with Excel

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
